• Microsoft Clarity- shows us how visitors use the site (clicks, scrolling, and navigation) as anonymised heatmaps and session recordings, so we can spot and fix confusing parts of the site. It’s configured to never record anything you type into forms. This one sets cookies, so it only runs if you click “Accept” on the cookie banner. Choosing “Necessary only” disables it completely, and won’t affect your ability to book a session.
