Privacy Policy

What we collect

When you book a session, we collect:

• Parent/carer name, email address, and phone number
• Number of children attending and each child’s approximate age, so we can plan age-appropriate activities (we do not collect children’s names or dates of birth)
• Payment information, handled entirely by our payment processor, Stripe — we never see or store your card details

Why we collect it

• To confirm and manage your booking, including contacting you about session changes or cancellations
• To process payment via Stripe
• To send booking confirmations and, if you opt in, occasional news about future sessions

Photos and video

We sometimes take photos or short videos during sessions to share on our Instagram and TikTok (@totsmessyclub) and on this website. We’ll always ask a parent or carer for verbal consent on the day before photographing their child, and you’re free to say no — it won’t affect your child’s participation in the session. If you spot a photo of your child you’d like removed, email us and we’ll take it down.

Where your data is stored

Booking data is stored securely with Supabase (our database provider) and Stripe (our payment provider). We don’t sell or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR, you can ask us what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw consent for photos/marketing emails at any time. Just email hello@totsmessyclub.com.
