These terms apply whenever you book a session with Tots Messy Club. By booking, you’re agreeing to them.
Bookings & payment
Each session has a limited number of spaces. Your space is only confirmed once payment has gone through via Stripe. Pricing covers one adult and one child; each additional child takes one extra space and is charged at the extra-child rate shown at checkout.
Supervision
A parent or carer must stay with their child and supervise them for the entire session. Our team is there to support the play, not to provide childcare, and can’t be held responsible for a child who is not being actively supervised by their parent or carer.
Health, safety & mess
Sessions involve washable paint, foam, water and textured play materials. Please let us know in advance of any allergies or sensitivities. Children and accompanying adults should wear clothing they don’t mind getting messy or ruined — while we use washable, child-safe materials, we can’t guarantee stains will fully come out.
Weather
Our sessions take place outdoors at Jubilee Park. In the event of severe weather that makes the session unsafe, we’ll contact everyone booked as soon as possible to offer a reschedule or a full refund.

Photos & video
We may take photos or video during sessions for our social media and website, with verbal consent asked on the day. See our Privacy Policy for details.
